Roger Hamilton and That Thing Called Hard Work

Posted by editor On October - 4 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

Roger Hamilton could have been one of those figures who always had it in them the potential to change the world. He could have been one of those figures who had a lot to say but yet they just allowed themselves to get overawed by the things and situations. And that is what makes the difference between the people who could have been Roger but failed in following their own convictions. Roger did not allow these established norms and principles of wealth creation to guide him while he was own his way to earn wealth. It is really important that people who really wish to earn wealth and that too in the best possible manner without taking too much of pain to listen to this man.

One of the best things that he did was the revelation of the theory of wealth dynamics to the people who were really in need of it. It needs to be understood regarding the theory of wealth dynamics is that it focuses on the development of the human being and then focuses on the wealth that shifts its focus away from making the human being run after it towards running after the human being himself. Roger Hamilton arrived at this conclusion all by himself only after he followed his own instincts as well as his own intuition. If the person desirous of earning wealth follows the principle as dictated by the theory of wealth dynamics is that he gets to know everything that needs to be understood by the individual about himself. Thus in nutshell it can be said that apart from becoming rich the individual gets reintroduced to himself.

Roger Hamilton himself stated that it should not be the person who should be running after the wealth but it should be the wealth chasing the person. And he arrived at the conclusion only after fighting with all his might to save his pristine ideas and soul searching vision regarding the concept of wealth creation. He idealized the results in the form of wealth dynamics that is now very fast becoming the bible for all the people in search of wealth and that too in the most simple of manners.

Roger Hamilton is one of those beings who can not only help you in getting the money that you want but that too by erasing that most innocent of words called “hard work”. And his simple philosophy is that it would be of great help to you if you shift your gaze from money that you would get from the efforts to the efforts that you would make while pursuing wealth.

How To Make Brochures Successful

Posted by editor On August - 26 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

Brochures are a fantastic way to get a message across to your clients, and potential customers about a new idea, and or product. Basically, it is a full commercial on paper, a step up from a generic flyer. A good brochure printing can include full description of a product along with charts, and pie graphs, and high resolution pictures. Sometimes though its hard to know exactly what to do when looking for cheap brochure printing, especially if you do not have a marketing back ground. So here are a few steps to help you get off the ground.

Use Custom Folds: Using a simple technique like Bi-Folds and Tri-folds can ad to a clients excitement at pulling on that fold to find out just what it is marking. Thus, sending them right in to your hand, and on to a product, or sales page. People are very visual, so on the papers that indicate the fold you’ll want to blow them away some amazing statistic in the form of a colored graph, or a high resolution picture.

Use only the Finest Paper Stock : When putting together a brochure, you do not want to use that bright green paper, that you get from Fed Ex, that you would normally use to announce a garage sale. The brochure is the “Cadillac” of flyers, and requires a much better quality of paper. High quality glossy paper that’s a little thicker then most instills a mental note to somebody reading the brochure, that this person, or company, has money for advertising, and are thus very successful. I should listen, and read, what they have to say. Plus, a brochure with high quality paper will last 10 times longer then regular old office appear. After all, you may need to pass out the brochure several times, for several different clients.

Use A Pamphlet Printing Display: This is something that unfortunately, is over looked time, and time again. Look you don’t want to spend hundreds, or even thousands on top notch professional business brochures, and them have them just staked like a bunch of cord wood on a table, or even worse on the floor! Spend that extra money for a professional display stand, with picture of your company logo, and other pictures of your products, and services. Another good tactic is to have someone pass the brochures from the displays, it helps to add that personal touch, and make an immediate connection with the customer. By following some of these basic rules for  brochure printing,  you can increase your customer base, and sales conversions by a 1,000 times

Tips and Tricks to Monitor Facebook Page

Posted by editor On August - 17 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

Are you searching for means to monitor your facebook fans? If so then buckle down on your favorite chair and get ready to read because you’ve just discovered the right article. First, we are going to speak about facebook fans. Next we’ll be writing about what tracking fans means and how can you do it. Thirdly, we’ll talk about how will tracking help you with getting new fans through Facebook Advertising, external sites or when you buy facebook fans directly.

When you’re a facebook page admin your main goal is to draw in more fans. Facebook fans increase your exposure and your sales. Depending on how much you find out about your fans and the precision of targeting them, you should have important results in social media marketing. After getting a sufficient amount of fans, you’ll have to know your fans better and see what sort of fans you really want. So, you’ll require tracking instruments to get more data on your fans.

The tracking instrument you start with is usually the Facebook Insights. Insights gives you information such as fan interaction and visitor demographics but it is limited and can’t provide information on keywords, traffic sources and other additional info. You can use different alternatives, such as Webtrends Tool which enables you to track any interactions on your custom tabs. Another solution came from Core Metrics who developed a click tracking service that can determine new subscriptions and conversions report. Yet, the best solution out there stays Google Analytics, which has the most complete data when monitoring a certain website. However Analytics won’t work with Facebook Pages since there is no way to insert an html tag in that page. But the problem was solved by some London based web developers that created their own solution to monitor pages using pictures instead of line codes. Now you can monitor your facebook tab, Twitter, Youtube, Digg, Stumble, Delicious using the Unilyzer interface.

If you’re creating a new Facebook Ads campaign you have to choose your audience by location, age and interests. If you track your fans thoroughly it’ll be easier to choose the next productive target audience. When you write your adverts it’s crucial to know what’s in your average fan’s mind so you can attract more. This also applies when you buy Facebook fans directly.

Tracking your facebook fans is a must for any social media marketer. If at first you need to get the fans, after you get some you have to track them in order to understand their behavior. Monitoring them is the same whether you’re using facebook advertising or you buy facebook fans directly; because where you get facebook fans matters less if they’re targeted, it matters how you manage them and turn them into subscribers or clients. So always remember that every time you purchase facebook fans you have to start monitoring them immediately.

Communicate the Force Behind Your Goals

Posted by editor On August - 2 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

An essential part of life should be achieving one’s goals. There’s a reason most self-help sources encourage you to write your goals down.

The process of writing out and plotting a course of action stimulates the brain. It’s important to note your exact feelings as you make your plan, remind yourself exactly why you are doing it. It’s fair to say that many may write down their goals, but they don’t necessarily communicate internally the importance of making those goals. One must ask questions such as why is making this goal important. How will it change my life?

Communicating your feelings on paper will help you later in the journey should things become tough. Sometimes when things don’t turn out as planned, one can easily toss aside some written goals. Circumstances change, new feelings come along or perhaps even loftier goals surpass previously set ones. Communicating your feelings on paper will force you to assess how you felt when you set out on your goal. You can compare your current feelings with how you initially felt when you first started. Mental toughness can be the difference between those who achieve their goals and those who don’t.

We have to imagine that many people are born with incredible talent. However in a world where you are not alone in that aspect, it’s going to take a little more to get to where you want to be. It’s obvious if you notice around you, talented people are everywhere, the motivation and drive to succeed is what really counts. So take into consideration whenever you write down your larger goals, to also communicate your deepest thoughts and feelings. There’s probably no need to write them down for the smaller goals. However make sure to reward yourself along the way as you hit your milestones.

It’s a great idea to break down large vision goals into measurable milestones. This will help keep you on track. Breaking down your big vision in measurable parts puts the brain in overdrive. The process of actually finding steps to make your larger goals a reality is crucial. It sets the goal apart from just being a pie in the sky dream. If your mind can figure out a path to reach your big vision dreams, then half the work is already done already. The rest is up to you. The mind can take you where you want to go. Look around you at all the many inventions and things that make your life easier. It all started out as a dream in someone’s head, someone with the passion and motivation to succeed no matter the obstacles. Whether you are next, remains to be seen. Best of luck.

Granted the fact that few things are uglier than jaundice, I’m fairly convinced we’d all impoverishment to resolution “no!” to the firstborn speculate and “yes!” to the position.   Notwithstanding, experience up to these answers is tougher than actually answering them.

One of the early things you can do when hardship strikes is to inform yourself that you are not an exclusion – living isn’t “picking” on you. Bad things pass to everyone – there’s no escaping them. They hump where we untaped.

We are all different, individual, and each of us has been given a unique gift, something that no one else has and no one can take away from us.

People don’t understand that what is considered a talent by others is usually natural for us. It is difficult to recognize it, just because it is something normal to us. Moreover, we tend to minimize it or think that everybody has it, because we are not fully aware of it ourselves.

Be aware of your talents

The real problem occurs when people desperately try to fit in, to be like everyone else. That’s when they lose themselves and their true identity. Others try so hard to be different, to stand out from the crowd, and you have something that makes you unique and special and you try to deny it. Why?

As a coach who wants to succeed, it is even more important to be aware of what your talent is, and use it to the fullest extent in your coaching business. It is the easiest thing to do. You don’t have to participate in long, expensive courses to find out what already lies inside you. Also, you don’t have to go and ask others what it is about you that is special.

All you need to do is ask yourself the following questions and that will be the starting point for your successful coaching business. Find the answers to these questions and the clients will find you:

-                      What natural ability makes you so special, so different, so unique from the rest of the world?

-                      What can you do to be useful to others?

-                      What can you do naturally that others can’t?

Your Magnetic Message sets you apart

Still, the most important question you need to ask yourself is “What is your Magnetic Message that you can deliver which will truly make you stand out?”

That is the real challenge, to discover how to use your talent to solve a problem for your clients and most of all, how to convey that talent into a message that is magnetic to your clients.

So the first thing to do is to identify the fundamentals of what you do, and work on the way in which you will express this. Then you need to know and understand your clients and use your natural skills to help them.

Your clients need to feel understood, they need to see that you know their problem and last but not least, they need to see that you are the ONE who can bring them the solution! That’s when they hire you on the spot and sets you apart from other coaches!

You must talk to them in their own language, you must motivate them and inspire them to be willing to invest in working with you. What you tell them is what they are looking for and are willing to pay for.

Of course, you need to work on your message, you need to reach inside your heart and your head to find it. You need to know yourself and you need to know and understand your clients.

Most of all, you need to bring out all the greatness and uniqueness that lies inside you and stop being scared of standing out from the crowd!

Choosing A Life Coach? 6 Things To Consider

Posted by editor On June - 27 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

I wouldn’t even be too keen on coaching somebody I knew vaguely, although this can be yield great results if done carefully and I don’t have too much personal information about the client beforehand.

As Life Coaching hits the main stream and more people are starting to see the huge advantages of working with their own Life Coach I thought I would take the time to give you some tips on how to choose a Life Coach that you will help you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve in your life.

1.    Experience – I know it’s a downer for anybody just embarking on a career as a Life Coach, but experience pretty much trumps any other metric you care to mention. Great Life Coaches are NOT born, they are made. And they are made by being exposed to all sorts of different client problems and situations and the having to deal with them. If you want somebody to earn their wings whilst working on you, that’s cool, but personally I wouldn’t want to work with a Life Coach that had less than 1,000 hours of client work and closer to 5,000 would be advisable.

2.    Training- Not far behind experience is training. The reason why I think experience is more important is because with  the best will in the world any training can only be of the ‘ideal world’ variety and unfortunately Life Coaching seldom happens  in an ideal world. Training is very cool for getting the basics down, but no amount of training will make up for doing the work with clients

3.    Listening & Questioning ability – If you are speaking with a perspective Life Coach and you can’t get a word in edgeways, run a mile! Equally, if he or she seems incapable of asking you an intelligent or thought provoking do not hire them. Questioning and then listening is at the core of great Life Coaching and if either are missing then it will probably be a frustrating experience for the client.

4.    Ongoing Training – Initial training is cool, ongoing training way cooler. Further education demonstrates a desire to keep improving and learning new skill sets. Just like you wouldn’t want a doctor that qualified in 1970 and hasn’t looked at a medical book since, you don’t want a Life Coach that thinks they know all they have to know.

5.    Credibility – This is somewhat tied in to experience part, but goes further than that. Does the Life Coach also do public speaking? Do they write a blog? Have they have books or papers published? Are they seen as an expert in their field? None of this is paramount but it certainly helps ease any worries you may have.

6.    Do you like them? – Seriously, this seems like a no-brainer, but it isn’t. I have spoken with a number of clients that had worked with Life Coaches who they didn’t even like! Life Coaching is a close working relationship and you need to like as well as respect your coach if you want to get the most out of the whole process.

Whereas I can’t guarantee Life Coaching will be brilliant for you, I can guarantee that if you follow these guidelines there is an exponentially greater probability. Good luck!

Life Coaching – Helping You to Move on

Posted by editor On June - 23 - 2011 ADD COMMENTS

Life is not a bowl of cherries and sometimes it is the pits. Things come at us unexpectedly. Life may be just fine with everything going our way, then, suddenly, we are on a dive. How we feel about ourselves will affect whether we can simply pick ourselves up and move on or not. Yet, major breakups, failures of businesses and the lost of someone we cared about can all act in a severe way upon our ability to forge ahead. We do not feel capable of dealing with the situation including our emotions. As a result, we often become stuck in a rut not able to move forward.

Death, divorce or even an empty nest can devastate the ability of someone to deal with any aspect of their existence. Such losses affect even basic things such as living arrangements and also may impact work, financial and personal relationships. There is large hole that begs to be filled but we seem unable to do so. If a relationship was involved, the loss can be especially deep. Our entire life may have revolved around this other individual. Now we are faced with the prospect of starting all over again. Even knowing where to begin can be a major challenge that can send us spiraling downwards.

Loss is not restricted to the disappearance of someone from our lives. Loss can also weigh heavily when a business folds or we lose our job. Either situation can be devastating. We feel powerless and trapped. However, like with a case of divorce or in times of bereavement, if we do not obtain the right kind of help to move forward with our lives, we are faced with potential physical and mental health issues.

No matter what type of loss we suffer, one thing remains clear. We must move forward. Our lives deserve to be filled with the best we can offer them including happiness joy and our true potential. The best way to help you is to turn to a life coach. These professionals help anyone coping with loss by guiding them to examine and discover what is not working in their lives. Life coaches help you to find out why this is so and work with you to decide upon the right direction for you and then to plot a feasible plan to achieve your goals. Furthermore, they help you do this by arranging for you to access the source of the blocks or limitations affecting your ability to progress. They help you discover what is holding you back and support you during your progression from this point to where you want to go.

It is important to remember your loss is not an end unto itself. You need to realize it is but the closing of chapter in a book called life. You need to understand this and move forward. If you seem to have difficulty grasping this concept and find yourself trapped, unable to forge ahead, perhaps life coaching is the right solution for you.

What is coaching?

Posted by Editor On May - 5 - 2010 ADD COMMENTS

What is coaching?

by Veronica Wantenaar

“Coaching is a professional, collaborative and outcomes driven method of learning that seeks to develop an individual and raise self awareness so that s/he might achieve specific goals and perform at a more effective level”

COMENSA (Coaching and Mentoring South Africa)

We have all heard the saying that the one constant thing in life is change.  This means that individuals are constantly bombarded with new situations and demands, causing confusion, stress and sometimes burnout.   Organisations are facing very challenging economic and social realities and they need to find new ways of engaging, enabling and supporting their people to achieve the business objectives – often doing more with less.

So coaching is about change.

There are two types of change: Choice change and forced change

  • Choice changes are the ones when we make the decision to create the change in our lives such as finding a new job, getting married, moving house.  The fact that these are our choices gives us a greater sense of control and confidence in dealing with whatever difficulties may arise but sometimes need support.
  • Sometimes we are placed in a position of having change forced upon us such as retrenchment, a broken relationship, disability or illness or the death of a loved one and we do not have a choice but we have to ‘deal’ with the change.  This can bring a sense of loss and helplessness and the need for some practical support.

Sometimes in life we come to the realization that:

  • the life that we are living is not the one that we really want; there are dreams and ambitions that we have lost along the way
  • We are feeling that our life is out of balance
  • We are being forced into roles that we do not want for ourselves
  • We are feeling overwhelmed and need to gain some clarity about who we are and what we want
  • We are struggling with being effective in our workplace

We know that we need to make a change but it can seem daunting without assistance.  These are situations where coaching can be really effective

Coaching is about moving forward in life.

The coach’s role is to speak and act in such a way that others learn and perform at their best.  The coach provides a thinking space where the individual/s can explore their current reality in relation to their goals and set realistic achievable milestones to take them to their desired future.  The coach is there to facilitate the discovery process and create a sense of awareness that will lead to action and results:  Moving from current state to the desired state.  This could be in terms of your own personal self confidence, your business effectiveness or improved interpersonal relationships.

Over time we will be exploring what to look for in a coach, some ideas around self coaching and responding to some of your coaching questions.
